IDS X RAY SEPARATOR
IDS X ray separator is an intelligent separation equipment independently developed by Tangshan Shenzhou group, which is suitable for the separation of coal and reject with particle size of 25-300mm. The equipment adopts intelligent identification method and carries out digital identification of coal and reject through big data analysis. It has the advantages of high separation efficiency, stable operation, complete intelligence and no manual duty. IDS X ray separator is divided into two types: 25-100mm and 50-300mm. The processing capacity can be adjusted according to user requirements. It is an ideal equipment to replace manual sorting of large particle size materials. The equipment has the advantages of simple operation, convenient maintenance, no water consumption and very low energy consumption. The whole system operates in a closed way and adopts the high-efficiency dust removal system independently developed by our company. The whole set of equipment does not cause damage and pollution to the environment and meets the environmental protection requirements specified by the state. It is very suitable for application in coal preparation site. The successful development of IDS X ray separator solves the problem of dry separation of large particle size coal in China for a long time, and fills the blank of intelligent separation of large particle size coal in the market.
IDS X ray separator is mainly composed of seven main systems such as distribution system, belt conveying system, X-ray identification system, visual auxiliary positioning system, data acquisition and processing and injection execution system, control and display system, and six auxiliary systems such as metering system, speed measurement system, dust removal system, radiation protection system, video monitoring system and alarm system.

APPLICATION
South open pit coal mine is subordinate to Huolinhe open pit coal industry Co., Ltd. of SDIC Inner Mongolia company, located in huolingole City, Tongliao City, and the coal produced is lignite. Because a large amount of dirty miscellaneous coal produced in the process of mining roof and floor coal seams can not be directly exported as products, it is piled up in a large number in the mining area, the abandoned coal is often spontaneous combustion, and the pressure of environmental protection is also great. After a large number of tests and demonstrations in the early stage, it is determined that Tangshan Shenzhou manufacturing group will build an all-size dry coal preparation plant with an annual processing capacity of 2 million tons. After crushing and screening, the - 80mm material enters the ZM high-efficiency mineral separation system, and the + 80mm-300mm material enters the lump coal dry separation system - IDS X ray separator.
